Foreclosure Certification
Foreclosure Certification has not been a determining factor to obtain bank owned properties in the past. Asset Managers are starting to looking for educated, reliable, tech savvy agents to work their properties. Being a middle of the road agent is a thing of the past. With the large selection of agents trying to get into the market you need to stay on top of the latest trends and technological advances. I am on my first of a two day training class presented by Dan Waterman, CEO of NFSTI. It was a great day with a lot of fun and some great pointers on what the newest trends are and what are coming. There were some guest speakers today that were really able to provide a wealth of knowledge (and some laughs). One was Matt Hudson, Asset Manager. He is really down to earth and knows his trade. I loved his sense of humor. A bit sarcastic, just the way I like it. Thomas Moore, Owner of a great data base (not telling you any more, attend the class for further details ; -)). He is really Tech Savvy and a winner to have in your pocket! I'm looking forward to tomorrows speakers. I will soon have the NFSTI Certified REO Specialist Certification along with all the agents in my group. Prescott REO's here we come.....stronger than before!
