New Changes to Treasury's HAFA Program

New changes to Treasury’s HAFA program:




• Servicers are no longer limited to a 6% cap in regard to payments to subordinate lien holders

• Servicers must offer SSA within specific timelines.

• Servicers are no longer required to verify borrower’s financial information in order to determine HAFA eligibility

• House payments no longer need to exceed 31 percent of income.

FHA program for clients with FICO's between 580-639

"Effective today, all Conventional and Government ARM's with a FICO score of 720 or better will receive an additional .25 improvement to price. The pricing special will run until further notice.
