Can you believe that 2012 is OVER?? It seems like just yesterday I was marveling in the fact that 2012 had just begun. I am looking forward to a healthy and prosperous 2013 and I truly hope that you all ring it in safely and securely with the ones you love most by your side. Prescott Valley resale home values increase

While the numbers of homes between 2011 and 2012 has stayed pretty close, 816 to 831, respectively, the average sale price has risen 14%. The data indicates that investors could stop buying up the inventory of foreclosed homes as early as next year. Keep in mind this data is coming from the Phoenix area - Luckily, Prescott is still a 'small town' and doesn't have the national eye focusing on it. While we don't have the investors hitting Prescott as hard as they did in Phoenix, it still occurred here and as far as trends seem to go, we should recover as well.
