grown in notoriety, but still remains "Everybody's Hometown", a

some of the nation's most beautiful landscape and the finest weather and climate

HASSAYAMPA: Hassayampa
is still the most beautiful place to live in Prescott. It is situated
just 2 miles from the historic Downtown Courthouse Square, or just about a
5 minute drive. This spectacular area stands alone in its exquisite
mountain setting, magnificent vistas, dramatic elevation changes, towering pine
trees and massive boulder outcroppings. Enjoy miles of
hiking trails which meander through Hassayampa and into the
National Forest. There are still many custom building lots to
choose from offering either long range vistas or a private setting by the golf
course.
Hassayampa also offers Townhomes at Aspen Creek from $350,000,
townhomes at The Views 1 & 2 from $220,000 and currently there are

HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH: Located south of Prescott,
just off of Hwy 89, this subdivision is beautifully set amidst large Ponderosa
pines. Hidden Valley features well designed homes, tree lined streets, and
great forest and mountain views. The lots and homes are arranged to ensure
the greatest privacy and views for each home site. While backing to
National Forest with 100s of hiking trails nearby, this subdivision is only 3
minutes from the courthouse square! Homes in this neighborhood range in
size between 1500 – 5000 square feet, with average lot size of approximately ¼
acre. If you are looking for something a little smaller, maybe with less
maintenance, Hidden Valley also features condos, townhouses, and patio
homes. Homes range in price anywhere from mid $200ks up to
$800k. Condos, townhouses, and patio homes currently range in price
between $150k and $300k. Subdivision features include clubhouse,
game/hobby room, outdoor pool, 4 hard surface tennis courts, racquetball, many
common areas, and secure RV parking.
